Auto Lack Rusch carries vehicle damage repairs caused by random events, eg. an accident. Our customers have a possibility to repair their cars under the third party liability insurance and AC. Customers then does not bear any repair costs – everything is paid by their insurers.

1. Sanding and initial filling
The technological process of painting a vehicle starts from grinding down the old lacquer layer and paint. Once this is done, we proceed to impose a first putty layer, which forms the basis for next steps: spray fill and corrosion protective primer. These steps enables to protect the vehicle against corrosion.
2. Securing and spray filling

Before applying the filler, the vehicle gets protected by anti-corrosion epoxy primer. The contained photographs shows a vehicle in paint chamber, after application of spray fill mentioned above.
3. Underlay primer
After spray filling process is over, the car is grinded and prepared for anti-corrosive primer and fill application. Colored primer, tinted to shade the final color of the car is applied. This is intended for better paint coverage later. In order to lacquered coating had no impurities, it gets degreased and cleaned with AntiSilikon.

4. Painting

Painting is the second last process of working on a vehicle. Two coats of acrylic lacquer are applied. This process takes place in a specially prepared chamber that protects the still fresh paint from getting impurities on surfaces of the vehicle.
5. Polishing
The final step is polishing that allows to show the full color and gloss. Car parts gets reassembled and it can be passed back to it’s owner.
